This thought is great, but the outcomes were not great when i tried it. Personally, i would not do this method because you could quickly extend your shoes in the wrong places, but if you actually want to, choose it. But, if youplan to accomplish an activity that applies plenty of force to your shoes thinksprinting and crossfit or your lifestyle can cause plenty of abrasion think hiking on bumpy terrain with bushes and jagged rocks then decide for anothershoe.
